NID Training has built a legacy of ethical compliance and trustworthiness amongst its Donors and Partners.

NID Training is governed by an independent Board of Directors which plays an overseeing role in the organisation.

The Directors and the management committee are jointly responsible for corporate governance. A dedicated financial team administer project funds and record keeping.

Further Monitoring and Evaluation mechanisms include amongst others:

  • Project Implementation Plans
  • Signed contracts and purchase documents
  • Financial statements (cashbook, bank statements, invoices, independently audited financial statements)
  • Narrative report illustrating the impact of contributions towards a project
  • Attendance Registers
  • Learner portfolio’s
  • Learner SETA and QCTO registration and Certification

NID Training adapt skills development initiatives in line with client requirements.

For this reason, we support two training models:

  • Model 1 is a on campus model
  • Model 2 is an off campus provincial model

We primarily train under skilled youth and persons with disabilities and your investment with NID Training can further assist your organisation to achieve Employment Equity Targets.

We position our training fees in such a way that you can claim a portion of the training fees by means of Section 12h of the Income Tax Act.

All our projects are aimed at unemployed disabled youth. Our beneficiaries are younger than 28, which means that a percentage of the learner stipend can be claimed back under the Employment Tax Incentive.
